this is my new mantra for life.

Jasmin: I have been happily married since 1995. My husband and I have a very smart and creative son. We have a dog, Sasha and some giant fish! I teach and practice meditation and yoga and love watching people be able to transform their lives by practicing these very simple and invigorating techniques. I am a Certified Yoga Instructor, a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant and a Certified Postpartum Doula (DONA International). My goal is to help people be more aware of how to maintain good health and a holistic lifestyle so they can live a long, happy and healthy life! I feel very blessed to have such a wonderful life and look everyday to learn more so I can help make my life and those around me better each day!
